Listen to how “your thoughts” respond to you. Then write that down and analyze it. Then ask yourself do you yourself truly believe what was said and whether it even sounds like something you would say.

Most do not report this because of stupid questions and assumption like this question & the stigma associated with these things.
The brain does not just magically think thoughts and beat you down, emotionally abuse you, bring up memories you don’t want to think about nonstop, create imaginary “what if” scenarios all day long, or judge you nonstop all on its own. Something is causing that.
The right ear seems evil as shit, more evil than the left. The upper right corner seems to be helpful sometimes but this is not definitive at all so be careful and notice the differences for yourself but NEVER FULLY TRUST ANY OF THEM.
